CANCELLATION POLICY

Any reservation cancellation request must be made by email to choyatransportation@gmail.com with the following information:
Contact name
Reserved date
Flight Number

  • Cancellations made at least 3 days (72 hrs.) In advance of the date On arrival a 10% charge applies.
  • Cancellations made with 2 days or less of the arrival date apply a charge of 100%.
  • Refunds do not apply if you do not show up at the airport the day it is transportation service scheduled.

POLICY OF CHANGES IN THE RESERVATION BY PART THE CLIENT'S

Any request to modify the reservation must be made with 24 hours of advance by email to choyatransportation@gmail.com and you will not have any cost. Requests after the deadline will be checked if there is availability for changes you request.
